The designers’ experience, combined with the ability to simulate mold cavity filling and casting solidification, minimizes the need for any modifications to the finished mold.
A properly designed and manufactured mold is of paramount importance in the casting process. Therefore, the time spent analyzing its design pays off twofold during the casting production process.
ZnAl die-casting molds have a long service life.
For most tools,we offer a warranty covering 200,000 shots or 2 years.
ZnAl die-casting technology is particularly well-suited for:
when dimensional consistency of the casting is required,
when there is a high volume of demand for castings (mold costs are relatively high).
