MR Foundry manufactures high-accuracy ZnAl ZL-5 zinc alloy die castings weighing from just a few up to 1500 grams.
The plant is equipped with hot chamber die casting machines with locking force from 63 to 130 tons.
Owing to its extremely high dimensional accuracy, the possibility of casting thin-walled details, and excellent strength parameters, ZnAl has found application in many industries.
Castings made of this alloy can be encountered both at home (white goods, furniture and window fittings), in vehicles, as well as in electronic equipment and construction equipment.
